QUESTIONS

Who pays: the crew chief or the runner?
Really? You are going to ask your Crew Chief to pay? Seems like bad etiquette, but you do you. Whoever is the Organizer pays. An Organizer can be the Runner or Crew Chief. But really, how do you ask a Crew Chief to pay for this? We are genuinely curious how this conversation goes.
Do my crew and spectators need an account?
They join for free from the private link you send them. If they can't download an app, that's okay too (but the app experience is better).
What if my race doesn't publish a GPX?
Ugh, one of these races, eh? First, email the race director and tell them to get on it. If that doesn't work there are free tools you can use to build one. If that isn't your thing, RPC can draft the course and aid stations from the race's published information for you to review.
What happens when there's no signal?
Things will stall, the app will show you the data is "STALE" but the estimates will keep working based on last known checkpoints. When signal returns, everything updates. But we always recommend using the print feature - paper never needs a signal.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you sign up for an annual subscription you can cancel before it renews. But you probably won't want to.
